By accessing or using WaitlistFire ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
WaitlistFire provides a platform for creating and managing viral waitlists for product launches. Our Service includes customizable landing pages, referral tracking, email automation, analytics, and embeddable widgets. We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
- Collect personal data without proper consent
- Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Subscription and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account within this period
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaitlistFireand are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitlistFire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
